Students have read about Andrew Jackson's removal policy and its tragic consequences for several Native American groups. In this lesson, students will learn more about one of those groups, the Cherokee.

Lesson Description
Students will use information from The Official Site of the Cherokee Nation to answer questions about the Cherokees.

Instructional Objective
Students will be able to answer questions about the Cherokee culture and language.
